Spa Etiquette1. Arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to relax and prepare for your treatment.
2. A locker is available for your clothes and valuables. For your comfort, robes and slippers are provided for you to change into. Your therapist will keep your body draped in dry services and only expose areas to be treated. For wet services such as body scrubs, body wraps and hydrotherapies you will not be draped in order to reap maximum benefits. (Swimsuits are optional for some of our services).
3. Give the therapist feedback as to your comfort and special troubled areas.
4. Share public space respectfully with other spa guests.
5. We encourage you to relax after your treatment, yet we appreciate you vacating the treatment room upon completion of service within a reasonable amount of time so treatment room can be prepared for the next client. You are welcome to return to the Spa Tranquility Room to relax in between and after treatments.
6. In consideration of all guests, we ask that you either turn off pagers and cell phones or use the vibrate setting when you are visiting the spa.
