Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and can be purchased by phone or at the spa. Gift certificates can be redeemed towards any service and or merchandise. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced certificates. Cash value of purchased gift certificates for treatments or packages are subject to change after one year of issue.


Refunds, Credit or Exchange Policy

Except for replacing damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on spa services, gift certificates, package series or retail products. All sales are final.

Nova Rewards Program

Starting on August 5th, 2007 clients earn rewards points for buying gift cards, pre-booking appointments, referring new clients and purchasing services over $400. These points cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards, Botox or any dermal filler services. For more information on the program please click here.
