Rituals
Each of The Medical Spa at Nova’s Rituals is two to three hours in lenght and starts with your individual constitutional analysis. A lunch may be selected from the lunch menu to be included in any of the rituals for an additional $20. We ask that for anyone slecting a hydrotherapy service as part of their ritual that they bring a bathing suit.

Abhyanga Ritual
Start with an Indian Head massage while your feet soak in a bath of Dosha appropriate oils and Native grains. From here the therapist will provide a dry brush massage of the body and apply a Thaiyuveda Herbal Compress Foot Treatment. The next level of the ritual is the Abhyanga Massage with Marma Face Point Massage before your selection of steam bath or shower with Dosha oils. Complete the ritual with a Dosha specific spa lunch.
Indoce’ane Vital Relaxation Ritual
This Ritual will take you though a journey of experiencing four different cultures through sensorial pleasure. Each step guides you further across the seas and oceans of the world on a journey of serenity and relaxation.
Step 1:
Begin along the Mediterranean Sea with our Sweet and Savory Body Scrub. This scrub takes you to the Mediterranean with Mediterranean Lemon, Mandarin, Grapefruit and Lemon Petigrain essential oils mixed with Brown Sugar and Salt. The scent of the citrus fruits sends you away as the massaging to gently exfoliate yours skin.
Step 2:
Travel across the sea to the "land of Eternity", Egypt. Here the Goddess of Egypt, Cleopatra, soaked her body in milk, and you will too in our creamy, sensual milk bath. It is pure pleasure, as your tensions slip away and your skin is covered with a subtle, shimmering veil leaving you smooth and silky.
Step 3:
Continue your watery journey to the Indian Ocean and India, the land of Ayurveda. Lay back and let your body unwind and release its spirit as our therapists, trained in the Oriental and Chinese massage create your unique Vital Relaxation Sculpting Massage. Stress is released as you entrust your body to the therapists to deliver a deep, relaxing, revitalizing massage.
Step 4:
Head inland to China, where beautiful skin will take center stage. Take in the pleasures of this final step of the ritual as we replenish and regenerate your body, with an all over application of Sublime Cream. The addition of Rice & Bran Oil in the cream nourishes the body will and the delicate, powdery scent enhances your trip of relaxation. When you are done with your trip you will awaken relaxed, regenerated with soft skin and a calm mind.
Green Tea Body Ritual
Start with you choice of a Kaffir Lime Sea Salt Foot Soak or a Green Tea & Mint Hydrotherapy Bath. Then your therapist will perform a Lemon Grass and Green Tea and Herb Salt Scrub before applying a Garden Mint Algae Body Mask. After the mask is removed you are massaged with a creamy mint lotion and a Green Tea Body Spritz finishes the ritual.
