Underwater Massage Therapy

This specialized treatment performed in the hydrotherapy tub has many applications. It increases lymphatic circulation, reduces pregnancy related water retention and soothes sore or tight muscles.

During the treatment, the massage therapist uses a water jet hose to target the lymphatic system and specific areas of the body with gentle or deep pressure targeted to the individual treatment. Following the massage, the treatment is completed with a hydrotherapy soak to further enhance the benefits and cool down, aiding in circulation.
