
Group Fitness Classes
We offer a range of classes through out the year including; Yoga, Pilates and Strength Training. Each class has its own individual fitness benefit.
Yoga is an exercise and meditation system rooted in Eastern cultures for over 5,000 years. Benefiting the body, mind and spirit, it teaches mental and physical awareness through a series of postures, exercises, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques.
Emphasizing total body alignment, Pilates is a movement system that strengthens the "Powerhouse", your abdominal and postural muscles, helping you develop a strong body center or "core".
Strength Training is a great way to tone the body, while increasing muscle mass and bone density. This increase helps to boost the metabolism, aiding in weight loss.
