Originating in India more than 5,000 years ago Ayurveda, is a Sanskrit word that means "The Science Of Life". It is often called the "Mother of All Healing". The Medical Spa at Nova program promotes healing through bringing balance to the whole being.

An Ayuredic service starts with a constitutional analysis to identify which each individual’s Dosha. This will allow your therapist to classify your individual constitution as Vata, Pitta or Kapha. With this information, the spa technician "personalizes" the treatment experience to you. The Ayurveda Rituals have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
